Both models have a 77mm telephoto lens and 3x optical zoom for both photos and videos.
It also includes a new ultra-wide sensor that is 92% better in low-light conditions compared to previous phones.
This model includes macro photography for the first time, which means that you can get up to 2 inches closer to your target.
Apple claims that this feature is also active in video, slow-mo, and time-lapse modes.
The main 1.9 µm pixel Wide camera offers more detail than the iPhone 12 Pro and promises 2x low light information thanks to the ƒ/1.5 aperture.
All three cameras now have Night mode enabled, and the company promises a new Smart HDR computer photography feature for even better AI-based results.
The filmmaker-centric film mode, which offers “Rock Focus” as a new feature for filmmakers using the iPhone, is also available, and Apple says it offers “high color confidence and low compression”.

Apple is the first to introduce promo technology to the iPhone with a dynamic refresh rate of 10Hz to 120Hz depending on the content.
Naturally, the durable Ceramic Shield tech (which protects the advanced display from scuffs, scratches, and shatters) from the iPhone 12 Pro range is retained this time around.
While the notch hasn’t been completely dispensed of, Apple has made the TrueDepth camera array, handling Face ID and selfies, 20% smaller than last year’s models.
The most important feature is the new A15 bionic processor with a 5-core GPU, which Apple claims is 50% faster than the processors currently on the market.
The 6-core CPU features two new high-performance cores and four new high-efficiency cores. Apple says it could crash 15.8 trillion operations per second.
